Współpraca z przedsiębiorcami i startupami pozwoliła mi zrozumieć procesy decyzyjne organizacji, rozwijać kompetencje mentoringowe oraz zdobywać praktyczne doświadczenie w budowaniu nowych przedsięwzięć.
Moja pasja do analizy biznesowej narodziła się dzięki inspiracji badaniami operacyjnymi i ekonometrią, które pokazały mi, jak można przekładać złożone decyzje biznesowe na konkretne modele działania.
Jestem również wynalazczynią kompozytu kwantowego w technologii BIPV. Doświadczenie wynalazcze utwierdziło mnie w przekonaniu, że największa wartość powstaje wtedy, gdy technologia spotyka się z odpowiednim modelem biznesowym, procesami organizacyjnymi i zdolnością ludzi do współpracy.
Dlatego koncentruję się przede wszystkim na innowacjach procesowych, organizacyjnych i biznesowych oraz na wykorzystaniu sztucznej inteligencji do budowania organizacji przyszłości.
Dziś rozwijam IncubAccel™ jako platformę łączącą edukację, projekty biznesowe, transformację cyfrową, AI Business Analytics, Venture Building oraz rozwój nowego pokolenia architektów innowacji.
Moim celem jest stworzenie europejskiego centrum kompetencji Business Analysis, AI Business Analysis i Innovation Architecture, które będzie wspierać organizacje, startupy i inwestorów w budowaniu gospodarki przyszłości.
